No Excuses Just do it

If you've been following my post then you already read my other blog about Working out with your fears. Actual its something that can inspires you to keep moving no matter how embarrassing are your experiences in life. That actually help you grow and understand what life is.. just keep looking on the positive side of life, do not let pity have place in your heart and mind. Because if you give place for pity you are inviting a negative energy, or devil into your life.

Understand that God never wants us to be sad, He wants us to be happy in a good way, "HE LOVE US" but never spoil us. Because if God spoil us, we won't do anything for our lives anymore, and we would never grow as well. He gives us what we need in the best way that he can, but we have to earn it.

As parents we want our kids to learn and stand their own feet as they grow, right? We sent them in the best school as we can, for them to learn more better, finish their study and get the best possible job in their chosen field. We want them to grow independent and strong. That's all normal for every parents to always think what's the best way we can for our kids and their future.

And our God the Father, knows what best for us more than we know whats best for our own kids. Father God Love for humanity is unconditional, so he want us to always learn, through trials. The sad thing, not only God was their watching but also devil. A devil is busy planning how he can spoil you to mislead you. He wants you to be spoil, because devil has power as well, he can pretend to be God.

He can mislead you, especially when you always asked for a sign, he can give you a sign to mislead you. Because when you see a sign that would make you think that God really want you to be there or you're thinking it was God given you really. But not all sign is from God. You don't need to asked a sign to do something or for you to believe that there is God. The life of his son Jesus Christ is enough proved that he love us unconditionally, and no one can love us more than God Love Us.

Don't give excuses to yourself for not doing the right thing. If you want something work hard for it, don't make excuses for yourself that you cannot, instead of cannot replace it with " I CAN" always remember that a little changes you are making right now could give you a huge result tomorrow. No excuses start working out with all your fears or whatever you want in life and God will be there for you.

World is wonderful for you to be stuck in the same place at the same time because you are given excuses not to do something. You're educational background is not excuses for you to stop dreaming to be successful one day. Your being fat right now is not excuses for you not too look good, if you don't like to be fat then exercise, watch out your diet always discipline yourself when you eat.

After all you still need to eat tomorrow, you don't need to eat as much you can for a day, there is tomorrow. You still need food for the new day. If you want to dress up well but you think you can't afford, those are not excuse as well because if your wise buyer and knows how to find cheaper stuff that fits in you and look good in your personality, there lots cheap stuff out there.

Look its not really the price that makes anyone else look sexy and elegant with what they wear (although it was pretty nice to get expensive stuff as a reward for ourselves but if you can't afford go for some option) what make anyone sexy is how they carry themselves with their personality. A lot of different cheaper products that you can afford nowadays you just have to learn how to choose whats best for you. No excuses just do it, or else don't expect changes nor blame anyone around you.

Because it was you who made your own decision not anyone else. You choose what you want in your life. If you choose to be successful then work your ass off to get on top of your dreams. Don't expect to win lotto when you're not buying a ticket. People pray but never work, then blame God why God don't give what they ask. Come on, start making a little change in your life. Don't give too many excuses. Start now! Act for a change.

Work out your Fears

Work out with your fears is the best exercise that you need. Because the greatest enemy of our own is our own fears as well. If we fight all those fears then we are surely a winners. It take you a while to really get over, but when you overcome all those fears believe me its rewarding.

Now I need to look back from my past and tell you my story. I hope you learn from my story, we are bless already because God is always there for us. May my story will inspire you and lighten your burden knowing God is there for you always as He is for me.

As I promise I’m going to share my life with you all. I didn't dream of revealing my life to the world, I don’t even plan to make my own video and upload here. I saw videos in you tube before and many are leaving comments and are “BADASS” you know.

“BADASS” are people who leave comments and sounded not so good to me. Other people used to bully me from my past. When you laughed by people almost all your life that really affect your personality development.  I admit, it makes me feel so insecure, I pretend to be strong to my family and friends but really inside me something is killing me.

I cannot share my story to anyone because I don’t like to be laughed by anyone ever again.  Those things I cannot accept myself so I choose part of my life that I know they see me as better person, they see me as strong person, I do not want to look back to where people used to make fun of me.  I have loads of fears but the biggest FEAR I have is to talk.

Because during my grade school I cannot talk straight, I need to kick my foot to talk. I need to breath hard to talked, every time I talked people make fun of me, they find me weird. I suffer all those without a support from anyone. If people bully me no one comfort me, nothing was there to explain what’s going on.

It was me myself and I. I just run to my father’s grave and cry I cannot find any support for reason, no one ever stop them making fun of me. For a little child those are traumatic experience.  I grow up that no one depends on me, no one ever protect me but myself. Those thing create big impact into my personality.

 I am fighting I try not to show them, I try to be sarcastic, I try to pretend that I am strong as I grow up.

My way of getting over it, especially during my high school days, I kind fight all those fears but until I got married I didn't get over. There are times that I really want to ask some help especially during the time when I have my baby.

 I don’t want hers to feel what I've been through. But going to a life coach cost me a lot, my x husband and I have ordinary life we cannot afford. I told him I need some help but I didn't mention all my problems to him because I don’t want him to be affected and worry about me and all. He told me we can’t afford he wants too but just can’t.

 My x  try to there for me, but I hide a lot of fears, because I want to see him strong I want him to get strength from me.  Those are wrong doing, never hide things from your partners, I make mistake of pretending myself to be strong, but the truth I am too coward. I even get worse when my x and I broke up.

 I felt more insecure and fears are always in me. I don’t know where to run I give up God already, I have been depending asking his help all my life, but how come I lose my family. I started building wall to people,I avoid my friends, I am shy that ,I try to fix their problem before but I cannot even help myself at the moment.

If I share my problem to them that would be a burden, I hide all my problems and continue pretending I am ok. and really strong even something is eating me inside. I cannot open and read the bible anymore, I am scared to asked help from God and then trials comes along my way. I felt really bad about everything that's going on in my life. 

And I face the world alone all over again, just like in my childhood, I let my x take care of our daughter, thinking I can't be able to protect hers. That's how coward I am, people are asking why you didn't keep her, I don't mention much but I simple said I am not working right now, I cannot afford to have hers because I have ego I wouldn't be accepting help from x. 

I am afraid that people may know who is the real me, I am losing hope but I pretend to smile, I can only cry and huge myself in my own bed. I didn't even talk to my sisters, everyone wonders what happen to me and x, those are big question. They are thinking I may do something bad which I am not.

I don't wanna talk about everything, I avoid people who know me personally and asked loads of question, I don't like to explain, I know my self and God I didn't do anything. Greatest mistake is having ego, ego really kills relationship. I have ego and he also he have, we both have ego.

The only way to be happy is accept your imperfection, a man is human could make mistake. Accept that trials is part of life, accept that you are weak and you need help. We are beautiful by our own unique personality and our beauty comes from inside, outside are bonuses. If you're not beautiful like others for sure you are beautiful in some other way.

We are human, God created us by our unique personality. Our character and personality make us beautiful. A confidence that everyone have, make them beautiful and amazing not always the looks. Again looks are bonuses. Be glad that you're beautiful but don't used it to brag yourself.

You're beautiful, be thankful and value what God has given you, if you can talk straight be thankful because you haven't laughed by others. Use your voice to say what is real, be true, do not use to create story behind others back. Use your voice in good way to praise God. To teach others what is good and bad.

I am not asking you to be perfect I am only asking you to appreciate everything that God has given you. Because you are bless, many people out there don't have what you have and stop complaining about life. Be happy for all the sadness and happiness in your life,because from there you will grow, those things happening everyday make you grow.

Remember kids learn from there mistake and failure, they grow from their. Your fears are your shadow always follow you wherever you go, you can't do anything unless you decide to face it. Work out with your fears. If your insecure, if you feel like your different, you feel like you can't do anything, or you think like you're nothing because you're not educated, no! get over it.

God made you and He loves you because you are beautiful, you are unique, you have purpose on earth. That for you to find out. You cannot make magic and change right away. But you need to start right at this moment because if you wait for another time, tomorrow, next week, next month, you're still deciding and I am sure nothing change. 

If you start right now, there is possibility that tomorrow and in coming days things are getting better, things change for you. You can't expect to harvest something from your farm, without planting right? Now is the time for you start working out your fears. Be brave trust God, as you pray start working out step by step, it take a while to make you get over it, but you will. Trust God He loves you.

Keep moving with happy life, always have time to God, an hour each week or couple mins each day is not too much. You can do that everywhere. The more that trials trying to bring you down, the more that you need God in your life. That I didn't know before I need to lose my family, and face the world all over again by myself to realize how much God Love me.

Now I can talk straight with confidence and I don't have to kick my right foot to say something. I only kick balls ha ha ha. ( kicking balls is my open mouth when I talk to my friends its a joke) I sometimes joke and say "BADASS" Life is boring without joke honestly lets enjoy life, and love life. Love those BADASSEs out there they are also human. I am sometimes like one of them I am human too.

Resulta na Gawa Nang Bagyong Yolanda

Nang unang marinig ko ang balita tungkol sa bagyong parating, ang sabi malakas daw pero nang malaman ko na pangalang babae ang sabi ko, ah mahina lang yan babae eh. Ni animoy wala lang sa akin, hindi ko lubos maisip na subrang lakas ng bagyo. Nang mapanood ko sa TV ang nangyari napahiya ako sa sarili ko nagkamali pala ako.

Nadurog ang puso ko nang mapanood ko sa television ang kalunos-lunos na pangyayari sa leyte,  mga patay na tao at mga hayop. Pati ang simbahan na mismo pinagdasalan ng mga tao hindi pinalampas nang bagyong Yolanda, ganun ka lakas ang bagyo. Ang puno nang nyog na animoy parang isang tingting lang na pinag putol putol nang malakas na hangin.

Napakalaki nang pinsalang naiwan nang bagyo hindi lamang mga ari-arian ang nasira ngunit kasama na ang loob ng bawat isang tao, nagnanakaw na sila para makakain lamang. Lantaran sinisira nang mga tao ang mga tindihan na alam nila na maymakukuha silang pagkain. Nakakakot isipin na ganun ka desperado ang mga tao. Seguro nga karapatang nilang maghanap nang pagkain ngunit paano yong ninakawan? 

Tao din yon, victima, hindi ba maaring humingi nalang tayo? Sakabila nang mga sakit at sakuna alam nating lahat nandyan ang DIOS wag po tayong bumitaw sa kanya. Wala ako sa lugar kung saan nangyari ang lahat. Kaya wala akong karapatang humusga sa kahit kanino, ang akin lang po, tao din yong nikawan nyo at isa din syang victima gaya nyo, sana matoto tayong gumalang sa bawat isa.

Hindi tumitigil ang simbahan, sangay nang pamahalaan, at ibang pribadong organisasyon na makalikom nang ano mang tulong namaibahagi sa inyo. Kaunti pasinsya at dasal pa po ang kailangan natin. Wag po nating gawing dahilan ang nangyari para gumawa nang hindi maganda sa kapwa. Mahal po tayong lahat ng Dios. Nangyayari po sa alin mang sulok nang mundo ang mga sakuna sa ibat ibang paraan.

May mga dahilan po ang lahat, sama sama po tayong magdasal at manalig sa kabila nangyayari sa mundo natin. Lalo po nating kailangan ang Dios. Nadurog ang puso ko na animoy wala nang galang ang bawat isa sa kapwa dahil sa gutom. Humungi po tayo, seguro magbibigay yong kapwa natin, victima din sila. Kailangan din nilang kumain. Hindi po kailangan maging desperado tayo, baka po sa subrang desperado natin kaya na nating pumatay para mabuhay.

Hindi ko mapaliwanag ang hirap nadinanas nang bawat isa, ngunit yong ninikawan nyo victima din, sa tingin ko kung mayhaharang na tao doon sa kung saan nangunguha nang pagkain ang mga victima nang bagyo kaya nilang makipag laban, para makakain. Sa mga taong may kayang tumulong sa kahit na anong paraan tulungan po natin ang kababayanan nating naging victima, may mga simbahan, pamahalaan at pribadong organisasyon, ipaabot po natin ang ating kaunting tulong.

Everyone has purpose, you are valuable person no matter how small you are, as you may think about you, you can change something for the better. Do not underestimate your own capability because you don't  really know what is God's Plan for you.

Find ways how to gain confidence for yourself, if there is something that you like to say, then say it out loud don't be scared to be yourself. It is only you can help yourself to be free. Work on where you think you're weakness and find solutions. And also improve those part of you that you think you can be capable of doing, don't be scare to asked, don't be scare to explore. There are huge of communities all over the world that can help you and some training that can help you develop yourself.

There must be voice calling you for leadership but you always doubt if you can or cannot. What if it was YOU alone and  one who they wait to help others. What if  it was you that community really needs?You don't really know until you find out the true meaning of leadership for you, and how you can make it. Explore with your own creativity and share because you and me could be DESTINY to change peoples lives. Again DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE YOUR CAPABILITIES.
